Shipping Information (within Australia)

All orders are shipped within 1-2 working days. If you have not received an order within 10 days, please contact us.

Please note: Flowfonix is NOT responsible for stolen/lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or refunding/replacing packages in these cases. Flowfonix is not responsible for any packages once they are in the hands of any one of our shipping subsidiaries.

Items given away for free may take longer to ship.

Shipping Information (International)

International orders may take up to 10 full business days from the time it leaves the postal depot it originated from. Your shipment may take a little longer when going through customs, depending on your country’s policies. We do not control customs fees or policies and apologise for any inconvenience they may cause you!

If your order is returned to us in the case of a non-delivery, we will re-send the order to you via non-signature-on-delivery and instruct the courier to leave the item at your door.

Refund and Returns

Your satisfaction is our first priority at Flowfonix. If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your credit card. All refunds are subject to us receiving the item back within 7 days of purchase. All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 30 days of purchase. Refunds and returns are not offered for customer change of mind. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition, and have no physical damage. If the item is not faulty, the customer will have to bare the shipping cost.

Items given away for free are not eligible for refunds or returns.

Your Order number if known (appears on the top of the confirmation email)

Your name and address

A description of the item you are returning

Whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you wish to exchange it for a different item, please include the name and item number of the replacement item.
